L’affichage est l'application d'une surface de papier script dans un lieu public sur un support destiné à son émission, externe ou interne, ce qui en fait un média à part entière sans contexte rédactionnel. Panneaux muraux ou en chevalets sur les trottoirs, l'affichage extérieur fait partie du paysage naturel de la vie citadine.
