A proved goal scorer with his national team, Zongo started his professional career with the club of his home town, the Racing Club of Bobo Dioulasso. Mamadou was a major impact in Burkina Faso, so he was transferred to one of the best teams in Africa, the Ivorian ASEC. The story was very similar and he finally made the Euro-trip, with his transfer to Vitesse Arnhem of the Netherlands. Small but fast, the best of Zongo is still to come.
