Zileuton

Zileuton (INN) is an asthma drug. It blocks leukotriene synthesis by inhibiting 5-lipoxygenase, an enzyme of the eicosanoid synthesis pathway.Zileuton is marketed by Critical Therapeutics under the brand name Zyflo®.
