Zahumlje

Zahumlje (Serbian: Захумље, Latin: Zachlumia), also known as the Land of the Hum and Chelm, was a medieval Serbian principality located in today's Herzegovina (modern day Bosnia and Herzegovina), and southern Dalmatia (modern day Republic of Croatia).
