Zaan er ei lita elv i provinsen Noord-Holland i Nederland. Elva var opphavleg ein sidearm av IJbukta. Ho renn om lag 10 km gjennom kommunen Zaanstad nord for Amsterdam, frå West-Knollendam i nord til Zaandam i sør der ho munnar ut i IJbukta.
