This year has also been very disappointing for Second Flush Darjeelings. After months of tasting, we finally found one we are excited about. It comes from the famed Makaibari Estate, one of the first established in Darjeeling and more importantly the one that is leading the organic revolution. This tea is dark for a second flush. It is full in the cup with a lingering sweetness. Patience has paid off for us this year!
