TM-Sidhi program
The TM-Sidhi program™ was introduced world–wide by
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the mid 1970’s, following the earlier introduction of
Transcendental Meditation. Described as a natural extension of Transcendental Meditation; the TM Sidhis are generally learned after a minimum of two months practice of TM, and are said to accelerate the benefits gained from the practice.
[1] Maharishi states that he derived the TM-Sidhi program from the
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, containing phrases or “sutras” (threads), the practice of which can supposedly lead to development of advanced human abilities, called
Sidhis, including Yogic Flying and the creation of peace. Effects of the TM-Sidhi program have been researched.

Yogic Flying
An aspect of TM-Sidhi and, allegedly, a means of self-levitation whose effects include "bubbling bliss." Yogic Flying is purported proof that the ability to accomplish anything by mere desire is possible for every human. Group practice allegedly promotes "harmonious trends" throughout a society.
TM-Sidhi(R) (TM-Sidhi program, Transcendental Meditation Sidhi program, yogic flying)
A "natural extension" of Transcendental Meditation. TM-Sidhi is one of the two most important techniques of Maharishi Ayur-Ved. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi founded TM-Sidhi in 1976. It allegedly promotes the ability to think and act from the "Unified Field of Natural Law" ("the transcendental consciousness of everyone").
