Yibin

Yibin is a prefecture-level city in south central China, in southern Sichuan Province, located at the junction of the Min and Yangtze Rivers. Population (1999) 281,019 of the city proper. The population of the prefecture is approximately 3 million. Here is the hometown to the former Premier of the State Council Li Peng.
