White Snow Bud
This tea was picked early in the season, just as the new growth was budding after the winter dormancy period. It is minimally processed and the leaves retain their just picked look. Note the white hairs on the young leaves. The tea has characteristics of some of our white teas and does well with a long infusion. The pale infusion gives off a rich, lingering aroma and the taste is grassy and sweet with a hint of melon. It’s an excellent everyday tea, sure to please any green tea drinker. We feel it may even convert a few green tea sceptics.
