Pancreaticoduodenectomy
A pancreaticoduodenectomy, Whipple procedure, or Kausch-Whipple procedure, is a major surgical operation involving the pancreasduodenum, and other organs. This operation is performed to treat cancerous tumours on the head of the pancreas.
