Wawer

Wawer is one of the districts of Warsaw, located in the south-eastern part of the city. The Vistula river runs along its western border. Wawer became a district of Warsaw on October 27 2002 (previously it was a part of Praga Południe district, and a municipality earlier).Wawer borders Praga Południe and Rembertów from the north, Wesoła from the east and Wilanów from the west (across the Vistula).

Wawer est un arrondissement de Varsovie situé au sud de la ville. Souvent considéré comme le plus vert arrondissement de la ville, Wawer est un lieu de détente pour de nombreux Varsoviens.

Oktober 2002 ein eigenständiger Stadtbezirk von Warschau, vorher gehörte es zum Stadtbezirk Praga Poludnie und davor war es eine eigenständige Gemeinde.

Wawer è uno dei quartieri di Varsavia, situato nella parte sud-orientale della città. Il fiume Vistola forma il suo confine occidentale. Il 27 ottobre 2002 Wawer divenne un quartiere di Varsavia, mentre prima aveva fatto parte del distretto di Praga Poludnie ed era poi stato una municipalità. Wawer confina con Praga Poludnie e Rembertów a nord, con Wesola a est e con Wilanów ad ovest (oltre la Vistola).
