Warwickshire ( or ) is a landlocked non-metropolitan county in the West Midlands region of England. The county town is Warwick, although the largest town is Nuneaton. The county is famous for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare and George Elliot. Commonly used abbreviations for the county are Warks or Warwicks.

Warwickshire ist eine Grafschaft im mittleren England mit einer Fläche von 1.975 km² und 512.680 Einwohnern (Stand 2002). Die Hauptstadt ist Warwick. An Warwickshire grenzen die Grafschaften Staffordshire und Leicestershire im Norden, Northamptonshire im Osten, Oxfordshire und Gloucestershire im Süden und Worcestershire im Westen. Das Metropolitan County West Midlands ragt wie ein Keil aus dem Westen nach Warwickshire hinein.
