Victricius
Saint Victricius (; ) (ca. 330-ca. 407 AD) was a bishop of Rouen (393-417), missionary, and author. His feast day is August 7. Victricius was the son of a Roman legionnaire, and was in the army himself. When he became a Christian, however, he refused to remain in the army. He was flogged and sentenced for execution, but managed to avoid being executed. He proselytized amongst the tribes of FlandersHainault, and Brabant.
