Vayots' Dzor

Vayots Dzor (Armenian: ) is one of the provinces (marz) of Armenia. It lies in the south-east of the country, bordering Azerbaijan in both east and west, and it covers an area of 2,308 km². With a population of only 53,230 (2002 census), it is the most sparsely populated province in the country. The capital is Yeghegnadzor.

Vayots' Dzor (arménien Վայոց Ձորի մարզ) est le nom d'une région située au centre-sud de l'Arménie, dont la capitale est Eghegnazor. Elle possède des frontières de chaque coté avec l'Azerbaïdjan et constitue donc un lien vers l'exclave du Nakhitchevan.

Wajoz Dsor, oft in englischer Transkription Vayots Dzor (, wissenschaftliche Transliteration Vayoc‘ Jor) ist eine Provinz Armeniens.Wajoz Dsor hat eine Fläche von 2.308 km². Es liegt zwischen Aserbaidschan im Osten und der aserbaidschanischen Exklave Autonome Republik Nachitschewan im Westen und hat rund 50.000 Einwohner. Die Hauptstadt ist Jeghegnadsor. In der Provinz leben 53.230 Menschen (Stand 2002).
