University of Michigan
The University of Michigan (commonly referred to as Michigan, U-M, UMich, or U of M) is a public research university located in Ann Arbor, Michigan in the United States. It is the state's oldest university and the flagship campus of the University of Michigan. It is one of the original eight Public Ivy universities and is one of the founding members of the Association of American Universities. U-M also has satellite campuses in Flint and Dearborn.

Uniwersytet Michigan
Uniwersytet Michigan (z ang. University of Michigan) to publiczna uczelnia państwowa w stanie Michigan, USA. Założony w roku 1817 w Detroit, został przeniesiony do Ann Arbor w 1837.
Nazwa U of M, lub po prostu "Michigan" zazwyczaj odnosi się do największego z kampusów - Ann Arbor.
- Uniwersytet jest oceniany jako jeden z najlepszych publicznych college'ów w Stanach Zjednoczonych, jak również jeden z najbogatszych. Jego budżet w 2005 roku wyniósł 4.282.895,000 USD i uplasował się na 5 miejscu w USA. Jednym z powodów tak wysokiego miejsca są niezwykle wysokie czesne dla studentów spoza stanu Michigan. Stanowią oni około 30% całości.
- Uniwersystet znany jest z grup aktywistyczych jak również znakomitych drużyn sportowych, w szczególności w futbolu amerykańskim i hokeju na lodzie. Michael Phelps, wielokrotny mistrz olimpijski w pływaniu studiuje obecnie na Michigan. Tom Brady, jeden z najlepszych quarterback w NFL ukończył Uniwersytet Michigan w 1999.
