Umar ibn Sa'ad
Umar ibn Sa'ad or Amir ibn Sad , (fl.620-680) was the son of Sa'ad ibn Abi Waqqas. A clergyman and governor of Ray city, he was pressured by Ibn Ziyad to command the troops that killed Husain ibn Ali in the Battle of Karbala.
