ユービーアイソフト株式会社（UBISOFT）は1986年創業のコンピュータゲームソフトメーカー。本社はフランスにあり、日本法人は1994年に設立。尚「UBI」はフランス語では「ウビ」[y'bi](IPAを参照) と発音される。2006年のE3では、米国任天堂のレジー社長が、Red Steelを紹介する際に「ユビソフト」と発音していた。欧米では大手のゲームパブリッシャーであり、日本でも多数のソフトを発売しているにもかかわらず、洋ゲーを敬遠する日本人のゲームファンからの知名度は低い。2001年、アメリカの老舗ゲームメーカー「ブローダーバンド」の有する知的財産権を取得し、「Myst」シリーズなど旧ブローダーバンドのゲームは現在UBIから発売されている。
