Twilight is a series of young adult/fantasy/romance/horror novels by
Stephenie Meyer. It follows the adventures of
Isabella Swan, a teenage girl who moves to
Forks, Washington to live with her father and finds her life turned upside down when she falls in love with a vampire named
Edward Cullen.The series is told primarily from Bella's point of view, with the epilogue of
Eclipse being told from the viewpoint of
Jacob Black.
Midnight Sun, a future companion book to the series, will be told in Edward's point of view.During all of September of 2007,
Twilight,
New Moon, and
Eclipse were all listed on the BarnesAndNoble.com "Top 100 books of the hour" list, which listed, in order, the books with the most sold copies recently. None of them ever fell below # 70 until 8 October 2007, when
Twilight was taken completely off the list for 3 hours.

The Twilight Series is a weekend of bicycle races and events that takes place every
spring in
Athens, GA. During the course of each Twilight weekend, competitive events in a variety of fields are staged, including
BMX racing and trick contests, a Kids'
Criterium, a
mountain bike or 'Fat Tire' Criterium, and the penultimate event of the weekend, the Twilight Criterium. The weekend features amateur and professional races, with differing prizes for each.
