Tutuila is the largest and the main island of American Samoa in the archipelago of Samoan Islands. It is the third largest island in the Samoan Islands chain of the Central Pacific located roughly northeast of Brisbane, Australia and over northeast of Fiji. It contains a large, natural harbor, Pago Pago Harbor, where Pago Pago, the capital of American Samoa is situated.  Pago Pago International Airport is also located on Tutuila island. Its land expanse is about 68% of the total land area of American Samoa and accounts for 95 % of its population. The island has six terrestrial and three marine ecosystems. The island is also known popularly as the "Rock".

Tutuila is een eiland in Amerikaans-Samoa. Het is 145 km² groot en het hoogste punt is 702 m. De enige zoogdieren die er voorkomen zijn de geïntroduceerde bruine rat (Rattus norvegicus) en de inheemse vleermuizen Pteropus samoensis en Tongavleerhond (Pteropus tonganus). De hoofdstad Pago Pago ligt ook op het eiland.

Tutuila on saari Tyynellä valtamerellä. Se on Amerikan Samoan pääsaari. Amerikan Samoan pääkaupunki, Pago Pago sijaitsee Tutuilassa. Saaren pinta-ala on noin 135 neliökilometriä ja arvioitu asukasluku noin 45 043 (1990). Saarella puhutaan pääasiassa samoan kieltä, mutta lähes kaikki ymmärtävät myös englantia.
