Troika Dialog (commonly referred to as "Troika") is one of the oldest and largest investment banks in Russia. The core divisions are: securities sales and trading, investment banking and asset management.Troika is a partnership and is controlled by its President, Mr. Ruben Vardanian, who owns about 65%, while the remaining stake is distributed among 70 partners. In January 2007 Ruben Vardanian decided not to sell the Company to strategic investors or conduct a public offering, while the proposed valuation was in the region of $2.5 - 3 bln.
