Toy Story

Toy Story is an Academy-award-winning CGI animated feature film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures and Buena Vista Distribution in the United States on November 22, 1995, and Australia on December 7, 1995, as well as in the United Kingdom on 22 March 1996. It was the first feature-length computer-animated film ever released. It was also Pixar's first feature-length production. It grossed $191,773,049 in the United States and it took in a grand total of $354,300,000 worldwide. The primary characters are toys in the room of a nine year-old boy, Andy, and the film is mostly told from their point of view. Andy, his baby sister Molly and mother have smaller roles, as do the neighbour boy Sid, his dog named Scud, and his sister Hannah.

Toy Story ist der erste vollständig am Computer erstellte abendfüllende Kinofilm. Er wurde von den Pixar-Animation-Studios in Zusammenarbeit mit der Walt Disney Company produziert. Der Film feierte am 19. November 1995 Premiere in Hollywood und wurde ab dem 21. März 1996 auch in den deutschen Kinos vorgeführt.

Toy Story film animowany produkcji amerykańskiej z 1996 roku stworzony przez firmę Pixar we współpracy z firmą Disney. Pierwszy pełnometrażowy film stworzony całkowicie przy użyciu komputera. Film opowiada o życiu zabawek Chudego (kowboj), Cienkiego (jamnik), Pana Bulwy (kartofelek z oczami i nogami, w kapeluszu) i całej rzeszy innych zabawek – własności Andy’ego. Andy na urodziny dostaje nowy prezent – astronautę – Buzz’a Astrala, który zajmuje miejsce Chudego, dotychczas najpopularniejszej zabawki. Chudy jest zazdrosny o względy Andy’ego, po drodze pojawia się straszny sąsiad Sid (rówieśnik Andy’ego) torturujący zabawki.

Toy Story is de eerste volledig computergeanimeerde film en werd genomineerd voor drie Academy Awards. De film dateert uit 1995. In 1999 kwam het vervolg Toy Story 2 uit. Beide films werden geregisseerd door John Lasseter, die ook Een Luizenleven regisseerde. In 2010 zal het derde deel van deze serie verschijnen.
