The Host (괴물, Gwoemul - "Monster") est un film de thriller fantastique sud-coréen de Bong Joon-ho sorti dans les salles françaises en novembre 2006. Ce film est le plus gros succès sud-coréen en terme d'audience avec 13 millions d'entrées, dépassant le récent Le Clown et le Roi qui en a totalisé 12,3 millions. Ce film tire en partie son inspiration d'un évènement réel.

The Host (korean. 괴물, Gwoemul) ist ein 2006 erschienener südkoreanischer Film von Bong Joon-ho. Er wurde mit über 13 Millionen Zuschauern (bei knapp 48 Mio Einwohnern) zum erfolgreichsten südkoreanischen Film aller Zeiten und überholte The King and the Clown (Rangliste unter Koreanischer Film).

The Host (괴물, Gwoemul) is een Zuid-Koreaanse horrorfilm uit 2006, waarin ook komische en dramatische elementen zitten. De film werd geregisseerd door Bong Joon-ho. De film kwam pas in mei 2007 uit in België en Nederland.
