The Sounds are a Swedish indie rock band. Formed in Helsingborg in 1999, the group's musical style has been compared to New Wave acts such as Blondie, The Cars, the Epoxies and Missing Persons.

För den finländska rautalankagruppen med samma namn, se The Sounds (finsk musikgrupp).
The Sounds är en svensk musikgrupp som bildades 1998 i Helsingborg, Skåne. Deras debutalbum Living in America (2002) kom att bli en stor succé med singlar som "Hit Me!", "Living in America" och "Seven Days a Week". Bandet är kända för kombinera punk-influerad indierock med instrument som synthesizers.
