Taig

Taig (also Teague, Teg and Teig) is a derogatory term for an Irish Catholic.Rarely heard outside the United Kingdom, taig is the most vitriolic slur word in use against Irish Catholics and has been used by Loyalists in Northern Ireland in slogans such as "If guns are made for shooting, then skulls are made to crack. You’ve never seen a better Taig than with a bullet in his back" and "Don’t be vague, kill a Taig".

Teig

Teig ist eine Bindung aus einer Flüssigkeit (Wasser oder Milch) und Mehl. Ein solcher Teig wäre jedoch nicht verkaufsfähig. Erst durch die Zugabe verschiedener Zutaten wie Salz, Zucker oder Hefe wird das Endprodukt genießbar. Bei manchen Teigen werden auch pflanzliche oder tierische Fette und Öle zugesetzt. Ein Teig kann verformt werden und sich der Form einer festen Sache anpassen, deren Struktur er während des Gärprozeses annimmt.
