Tahini eller sesampasta är en ljusbrun segrinnande pasta gjord av mosade sesamfrön. Den används mycket i matlagning i  Mellanöstern, till exempel i hummus. Sesamfrön innehåller många essentiella fettsyror och har hög kalorihalt.
