Supermarket Sweep

For more information on the British version of Supermarket Sweep, see Dale's Supermarket Sweep. Supermarket Sweep was a television game show airing in the United States. The premise of the show involved teams of two contestants, one of whom would run about a supermarket filling carts with groceries. The team securing the largest cash total worth of groceries won the game, and was given a chance to win an additional $5,000 in cash. The original version of the show was broadcast on ABC, with revivals airing on Lifetime Television and later PAX.
