The Gulf of Finland (; ; ; ) is the easternmost arm of the Baltic Sea. It extends between Finland (to the north) and Estonia (to the south) all the way to Saint Petersburg in Russia, where the river Neva drains into it. Other major cities around the gulf include Helsinki and Tallinn. The eastern parts of the Gulf of Finland belong to Russia, and some of Russia's most important oil harbors are located farthest in, near Saint Petersburg (including Primorsk). As the seaway to Saint Petersburg, the Gulf of Finland has been and continues to be of considerable strategic importance to Russia. Some of the environmental problems affecting the Baltic Sea are at their most pronounced in the shallow gulf.

Der Finnische Meerbusen (, estn. Soome laht, , ) ist eine langgestreckte Bucht der Ostsee, die sich in west-östlicher Richtung auf die Newamündung zu erstreckt. In der Bucht befindet sich vor allem Brackwasser.

Le golfe de la Finlande (finlandais: Suomenlahti, russe: Финский залив, suédois: Finska viken, estonien: Soome laht) est un bras oriental de la mer Baltique séparant la Finlande de l'Estonie. Le delta de la Neva, au fond de ce golfe, offre une ouverture maritime à la Russie, affirmée par la présence de la deuxième plus grande ville de ce pays, Saint-Pétersbourg.

Finska viken (; ; ) är den östligaste viken i Östersjön och befinner sig mellan Finland och Estland. De östra delarna av Finska viken tillhör Ryssland. De största kuststäderna vid Finska viken är Sankt Petersburg, Helsingfors och Tallinn. Rysslands viktigaste oljehamnar finns längst in, omkring Sankt Petersburg.

Zatoka Fińska - zatoka w północno-wschodniej części Morza Bałtyckiego, pomiędzy Finlandią i Estonią. W głębi lądu, na przedłużeniu Zatoki Fińskiej znajdują się największe jeziora Europy: Ładoga i Onega. Głębokość maksymalna wynosi 123 m.
