Structure is a fundamental and sometimes intangible notion covering the recognition, observation, nature, and stability of patterns and relationships of entities. From a child's verbal description of a snowflake, to the detailed scientific analysis of the properties of magnetic fields, the concept of structure is an essential foundation of nearly every mode of inquiry and discovery in science, philosophy, and art.

Cette page d’ répertorie les différents sujets et articles partageant un même nom.  Une structure décrit :d'une manière générale, la façon dont les éléments participants d'un système sont organisés entre eux.Un phénomène est dit structurel (opposé à conjoncturel) s'il est inhérent au mode d"organisation d'un système, d'une société.en construction, un assemblage d'éléments structuraux, c'est-à-dire porteurs, qui assure l'intégrité d'une construction et le maintien des éléments non structuraux (équipements, garnissage…).Un élément est dit structural s'il a pour fonction de participer au drainage des charges mécaniques apportées par les éléments supportés.

Unter Struktur (von lat.: structura = ordentliche Zusammenfügung, Bauwerk; bzw. lat.: struere = schichten, zusammenfügen) versteht man den (inneren) Aufbau einer Sache oder eines Systems, also die Art und Weise wie Teile eines Ganzen untereinander und zu diesem Ganzen verbunden sind. Das deutsche Wort "Gestalt" hat einen ähnlichen Bedeutungsgehalt.

Structuur is de manier waarop iets in elkaar zit, waarop elementen van een verzameling samenhangen. Niet alle verzamelingen hoeven geheel of gedeeltelijk samenhangend te zijn, maar in een structuur is er een verband tussen alle elementen. Dat verband wordt bepaald door relaties tussen elementen onderling. Niet alle elementen hoeven daarbij met elk afzonderlijk element verbonden te zijn.
