Street hardness
Street hardness, most commonly truncated to simply "hard", is a human attribute found most commonly in persons that grew up or spent a prolonged period of time in an urban environment where law enforcement is generally handled by the local population, such as a ghetto. Typically, this attribute is found in males aged fourteen through twenty-eight. Street hardness can be characterized by a disregard for local law enforcement, a familiarity with illegal drugs and weaponry, a criminal record, and aggressive tendencies when it is felt that personal territory or livelihood is being threatened. A street gang will inherently force this attribute onto their members.
