The South Africa national rugby union team (known as the Springboks) represents South Africa in rugby union. They compete in the annual Rugby Championship, along with southern-hemisphere counterparts Argentina, Australia and New Zealand. They have won this championship on three occasions. They are currently ranked fourth in the world by the International Rugby Board, and were named 2008 World Team of the Year at the Laureus World Sports Awards.

In den Jahren 1995 und 2007 konnten sie das Weltmeisterschaftsturnier für sich entscheiden.

L'équipe d'Afrique du Sud de rugby à XV est l'équipe qui représente l'Afrique du Sud dans les principales compétitions internationales de rugby à XV.

Sydafrikas herrlandslag i rugby union, kallad Springboks, representerar Sydafrika i rugby union på herrsidan. Laget har varit med i alla världsmästarskap som hittills har spelats och blev världsmästare både 1995 och 2007.

La nazionale sudafricana di rugby XV (af. Suid Afrika rugbyteam, ingl. South-Africa national rugby union team), conosciuta anche con il nome di Springboks (dal nome di un'antilope), è l'attuale detentrice della Coppa del Mondo, avendo vinto la più recente edizione di tale manifestazione nel 2007. Partecipa al torneo annuale Tri Nations, uno dei più importanti per questo sport, con Nuova Zelanda e Australia. Con la nazionale australiana si contende il Mandela Challenge Plate.
