Simca redirects here; for other uses of that term, see SIMCA (disambiguation). Simca was a French automaker and marque, founded in 1934 by Henri Théodore Pigozzi (1898-1964). Simca was originally affiliated with Fiat, but later, after a period of independence, became increasingly controlled by the Chrysler Group, in 1970 becoming a part of Chrysler Europe and a brand rather than independent company. In 1978, Chrysler divested its European operations to another French automaker, PSA, which replaced the Simca brand with Talbot, thus ending the life of the brand (although some models were badged as Simca-Talbots for a time).

SIMCA, (Société Industrielle de Mécanique et Carosserie Automobile) - francuska fabryka samochodów osobowych istniejąca w latach 1935 - 1980. Położona była ona w  Poissy niedaleko Paryża. W początkowym okresie istnienia produkowała ona na licencji małolitrażowe samochody włoskiego FIAT-a. Po II wojnie światowej Simca współpracowała z Fordem i Chryslerem. Dwa modele tej firmy otrzymały status  samochodu roku. Była to w 1976 Simca 1307 a w 1979 Simca Horizon. W 1980 fabrykę zakupił Peugeot. Historia marki kończy się około 1987 roku, kiedy to zaprzestano wytwarzania samochodów.
