Sarten

Una sartén es un utensilio de cocina, usado para freír, generalmente en aceite o mantequilla. Consiste en un recipiente metálico de bordes bajos y abiertos y una manija generalmente plástica (baquelita) para sujetarlo. Actualmente viene recubierto de teflón antiadherente, que facilita mucho la cocción o fritura de los alimentos.
