Collectivity of Saint Martin
Saint Martin , officially the Collectivity of Saint Martin (French: Collectivité de Saint-Martin) is an overseas collectivity of France located in the Caribbean. It came into being on 15 July 2007, encompassing the northern parts of Saint Martin island and neighbouring islets, the largest of which is Île Tintamarre. The southern part of the island, Sint Maarten, is one of the four constituent countries that form the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Saint-Martin (terytorium)
Saint-Martin jest terytorium zależnym Francji leżącym w Małych Antylach zajmującym północną część wyspy o tej samej nazwie oraz kilka mniejszych wysepek. Stolicą Saint-Martin jest miasto Marigot (5,7 tys. mieszkańców).
Terytorium zostało utworzone 22 lutego 2007 roku, a do tego czasu było jedną z jednostek administracyjnych wchodzących w skład Gwadelupy. Jako część Gwadelupy, będącej regionem zamorskim Francji, Saint-Martin wchodziło w skład Unii Europejskiej (obecnie trudno określić czy nadal wchodzi w jej skład). Administracyjnie Saint-Martin stanowi jedną gminę (commune de Saint-Martin), która w czasach przynależności do Gwadelupy wchodziła w skład okręgu Saint-Martin i Saint-Barthélemy (Arrondissement de Saint-Martin-Saint-Barthélemy).
