Saint Croix (; ; ; ; ) is an island in the Caribbean Sea, and a county and constituent district of the United States Virgin Islands (USVI), an unincorporated territory of the United States. Formerly the Danish West Indies, they were sold to the United States by Denmark in the Treaty of the Danish West Indies of 1916, in exchange for a sum of US$25,000,000 in gold.

Saint Croix gehört zu den Amerikanischen Jungferninseln in der Karibik (Kleine Antillen). Sie ist mit einer Größe von 213 km² die größte und einer Einwohnerzahl von über 53.000 gleichzeitig die bevölkerungsreichste Insel der Jungferninseln.

Sainte-Croix est un district de services locaux du Comté de Charlotte, dans le Nouveau-Brunswick, au Canada.

L'Île Sainte-Croix (en anglais Saint Croix) constitue avec Saint-John et Saint-Thomas les Îles Vierges américaines, archipel faisant partie des Antilles. Sainte-Croix est l'île la plus grande et la plus au sud des trois. C'est une possession des États-Unis.
