SDS 930

The Scientific Data Systems SDS930, was the first commercial computer series to use transistors (PNP).It consisted of several 4 foot by 10ft (1.2 x 3.1 m) cabinets, containing logic cards and a core memory section with a temperature gauge.The memory was 24 bit, and rather than being twos complement, was sign magnitude.
