The Fina in Mediterranean architecture is a physical space used in urban design, corresponding to the approximately 1-meter-wide public space alongside buildings. It's used to describe the placement of design items within traditional architectural elements. It also mandates public rules of behaviour for the neighbours concerning the usage and maintenance of the Finas in their owned buildings.

Der Sabbat (hebräisch: , Plural: Schabbatot; aschkenasische Aussprache: , jiddisch: Schabbes, deutsch: „Ruhetag, Ruhepause“) ist im Judentum der siebte Wochentag, ein Ruhetag, an dem keine Arbeit verrichtet werden soll. Er beginnt wie alle Tage im jüdischen Kalender gemäß Gen 1,5 am Abend und dauert von Sonnenuntergang am Freitag bis zum Eintritt der Dunkelheit am folgenden Samstagabend.
