Robben

Arjen Robben (born January 23, 1984 in Bedum) is a Dutch footballer who currently plays as a winger for Real Madrid. He is also a part of the Netherlands national football team and has appeared in the UEFA Euro 2004 and the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Robben was named F.C. Groningen's team player of the year during the Eredivisie 2000-01 season and the Netherlands' Young Player of the Year during his time at PSV Eindhoven. He was also the FA Premier League Player of the Month during the month of November 2005 at Chelsea F.C.

Arjen Robben est un footballeur néerlandais né le à Bedum. Doté d'une technique exceptionnelle, il mesure 1, 80 m. Polyvalent, il évolue aux postes de Milieu gauche ou droit. Il a d'ailleurs déclaré à ce sujet : "Ma position préférée, c’est à gauche, mais pas comme un ailier classique. J’aime démarrer mes actions sur l’aile avant de rentrer dans l’axe pour trouver une passe ou pour tirer."

Die Robben (Pinnipedia) sind eine Gruppe zum Wasserleben übergegangener Raubtiere (Carnivora). Der wissenschaftliche Name leitet sich aus dem Lateinischen von pinna, „Flosse“ und pes, „Fuß“ her, bedeutet also Flossenfüßer. Unter diesem Namen oder als Wasser-Raubtiere findet man sie manchmal auch in der Fachliteratur, am bekanntesten aber sind sie als Robben.

Arjen Robben (ur. 23 stycznia 1984 w Bedum), holenderski piłkarz, grający na pozycji pomocnika lub napastnika. Od 22 sierpnia 2007 piłkarz Realu Madryt, dokąd przeszedł za 36 mln euro z Chelsea F.C..Jest wychowankiem małego klubu z rodzinnej miejscowości, VV Bedum. W 2000 r. został wypatrzony przez działaczy 1-ligowego FC Groningen, dzięki czemu 3 grudnia tego roku zadebiutował w meczu z RKC Waalwijk (0-0). Już w pierwszym sezonie w Groningen Robben został uznany najlepszym zawodnikiem tego klubu. Po dobrej grze w następnym sezonie, zwrócił uwagę kierownictwa PSV Eindhoven i latem 2002 roku odszedł za 4,2 miliona euro. W pierwszym sezonie w nowym klubie wystąpił w 33 meczach zdobywając 12 bramek. W kolejnym zmagał się z kontuzją, a jego dorobek to 23 mecze i 5 bramek. Wtedy zainteresował się nim Manchester United, który zaoferował PSV 7 milionów euro, co nie zadowoliło działaczy z Eindhoven. Do gry włączyła się wówczas Chelsea F.C. i za 18 milionów euro Robben odszedł do zespołu z Premiership.
