Released time
Released Time is a concept used in the United States
public school system wherein pupils enrolled in the public schools are permitted by law to receive religious instruction. The principle is based on the
constitutional right of parents to direct the religious education of their children.

RELEASE TIME

Time prior to which an aircraft should be given further clearance or prior to which it should not proceed in case of radio failure.
A departure time restriction issued to a pilot by ATC (either directly or through an authorized relay) when necessary to separate a departing aircraft from other traffic.
