Quetzalcoatl, (ketsalk`åatl). Quetzal-fjær. Coatl-slange. også kjent som Quetzalcotat, den fjærkledde slangen, var en av de høyeste guder i flere mellomamerikanske indianerkulturer, som hos Aztekerne, Toltekerne,Mayaene, Mixtekere, K'iche' og Olmekere.
