Prime Minister of Spain
The Prime Minister of Spain, known in Spanish politics as the President of the Government of Spain , is the head of Government of Spain. The current office is established under the Constitution of 1978. The King of Spain nominates a candidate for the presidency who stands before the Congress of Deputies for a Vote of Confidence in a process known as a Congressional Investiture, effectively an indirect election of the head of government by the elected Congressional delegates.

Président du Gouvernement (Espagne)
Le président du Gouvernement (Presidente del Gobierno) est le chef de gouvernement du Royaume d’Espagne. Il nomme les membres du gouvernement, préside le Conseil des ministres, présente les projets de loi aux Cortes Generales et représente l’Espagne dans ses relations avec les autres États.

Председатель правительства Испании
Председатель правительства — глава Правительства Испании. Он избирается Конгрессом депутатов, нижней палатой испанского парламента, посредством процедуры называемой Спор о должности , и затем утверждается Королём.
В настоящее время пост Председателя правительства занимает Хосе Луис Родригес Сапатеро. Его резиденцией и местонахождением Правительства с 1977 года является Паласио де ла Монклоа в Мадриде.

Presidente del Gobierno de España
El Presidente del Gobierno es el Jefe de Gobierno de España. Su elección se realiza en el Congreso de los Diputados, la Cámara Baja del Parlamento Español, mediante un proceso llamado Investidura, y luego es nombrado por el Rey ante el cual presta juramento o promesa.
Sus funciones se establecen en los artículos 97 al 116 de la Constitución Española de 1978. Fundamentalmente dirige la acción del Gobierno y coordina las funciones de los miembros del Gobierno. No puede ejercer ninguna actividad profesional ni mercantil mientras esté en el ejercicio de su cargo.
En la actualidad, el cargo de Presidente del Gobierno de España está ocupado por José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero del Partido Socialista Obrero Español. La residencia oficial del Presidente del Gobierno desde 1977 es el Palacio de la Moncloa, en Madrid.

Espanjan pääministeri
Espanjan pääministeri on Espanjan hallituksen puheenjohtaja. Nykyinen virka muodostettiin vuoden 1978 perustuslaissa, ja sitä on 17. huhtikuuta 2004 lähtien pitänyt hallussaan José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. Pääministerin virka-asuntona toimii La Moncloan palatsi Madridissa.
