The Prime Minister or the President of the Federal Executive Council of Yugoslavia was the head of government of the Yugoslav state, from the creation of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes in 1918 until the end of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1992.

Le Président de la république fédérale socialiste de Yougoslavie était le chef de l'état socialiste Yougoslave entre 1945 et 1991. La presidence fut longtemps réservé à josip Broz Tito qui fut élu Président à vie en 1971. Apres sa mort, une presidence tournante entre les différentes républiques de Yougoslavie fut mise en place.
