Priam
Priam (, Greek Πρίαμος Priamos) was the king of Troy during the Trojan War and youngest son of Laomedon. Modern scholars derive his name from the Luwian compound Priya-muwa-, which means "exceptionally courageous".

Priamos
Priamos (, , (eingedeutscht) auch Priam), Sohn des Laomedon und der Leukippe (oder: Plakia, Tochter des Otreus), war in der griechischen Mythologie der sechste und letzte König von Troja, während des von Homer geschilderten trojanischen Krieges.

Dans la mythologie grecque, Priam (en grec ancien / Príamos) est le roi mythique de Troie au moment de la guerre de Troie. Il est fils de Laomédon et de la nymphe Strymo ou de Zeuxippe.

Priam
Według Iliady miał 50 synów i 12 córek. Był mężem Arisbe, córki Meraopsa, a później Hekaby, z którą miał dziewiętnaścioro ze swoich dzieci m.in.:Hektora, Parysa, Deifobosa, Polidora, Kasandrę, Helenosa, Kreuzę, Poliksenę, Laodike, Medesykastę, Polidamasa, Troilosa i Pandarosa. To on wybłagał Achillesa o ciało swego syna Hektora.
