One of the best midfielders in English Premier League, Europe and in the whole world. Along with Enzo Francescoli, Poyet was a vital member of the Uruguayan National team that defeated Brazil in 1995 to won the Copa America. Played a lot of games in Spanish Liga Primera, league in which he has already won a name, but was released on a free after his contract with Zaragoza expired in 1997. His first season with Chelsea was marked by his many absences due to injuries that did not allow him to play, but in 1998-99 season he became the best No. 8 in England. Has scored many goals in his career (some really superb great ones!). He prefers to play in midfield where he can create many goal opportunites and score in some chances, in the corner kicks he takes advantage of his height to be a dangerous man.
