Pocket lint is the name commonly used to refer to
lint found in the bottom of
pockets. Pocket lint is usually made up of, but not limited to detached
fabric,
dust and paper scraps. In some contexts, pocket lint may also refer to random items found in one's pocket. As pocket lint is an amalgam of the contents of the pockets, pocket lint can be helpful when determining if
drugs have been previously stored in the pockets, by testing it with various
drug tests.
