Pluchea sericea

Commonly called Arrowweed, this plant of the Sonoran desert has been used medicinally as a dermitalogical aid, gastrointestinal aid, antidiarrheal, and throat aid. Other traditional uses include thatching, arrow making and cooking of the edible root.
