(Astrofotografía) Es acoplar la cámara fotográfica en un telescopio de montura ecuatorial, sirviéndose de un motor que "sigue el movimiento de las estrellas". Esto es posible mediante un tornillo universal adosado al telescopio que permite colocar la cámara en paralelo a este en ese lugar.
