Paul Offer

Paul Andrew Offer was the Conservative Party candidate for the City of Chester for the General Election in the United Kingdom, in 2005.Paul Offer is a former Royal Navy officer and has been a member of Warwick District Council. Offer cut the majority of the current MP, Labour's Christine Russell in the 2005 General Election, and was almost immediately re-selected as the Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) by the local party, after becoming just the second person to be approved by the party board. He was elected unanimously by the local party in September 2005.
