Passenger Facility Charge

(See also Apportionment) Public agencies controlling a commercial service airport can charge enplaning passengers using the airport a $1, $2, or $3 facility charge. Public agencies must apply to the FAA and meet certain requirements in order to impose a PFC. (FAA11)
