Palochka
The palochka or palotchka (; italics: ) (, literally "a stick") is a letter of the Cyrillic script. This letter usually most often has only a capital form, which is also used in lowercase text. The capital form of the palochka often looks like the capital form of the Cyrillic letter soft-dotted I (І і), the capital form of the Latin letter I (I i), and the lowercase form of the Latin letter L (L l).

Palotchka
La palotchka (anglais palochka, russe палочка, translittération páločka) est une lettre ajoutée à l’alphabet cyrillique lorsqu’il est utilisé pour transcrire certaines langues caucasiennes, telles que l’abaza, l’adyguéen, l’avar, le tchétchène, le darguine, l’ingouche, le kabarde, le lak, le lezguien ou le tabassaran.

Palocka (Cirillico)
La , chiamata Paločka o Palochka (in russo: па́лочка, stecco, paletto) è una lettera aggiunta all'alfabeto cirillico, quando questo viene usato in molte lingue caucasiche, come la lingua abaza, l'adyghe, l'avaro, il ceceno, il dargwa, l'Inguscio, il cabardino, il lak e la lingua lezgi.
Normalmente la Paločka non ha un valore fonetico di per sé, ma generalmente modifica la consonante precedente. Segnala che la consonante precedente è un’eiettiva. Esempio dalla lingua Avar: кIалъазе (IPA: ) parlare. In alcune delle lingue che usano la Paločka, (adyghe, cabardino, ceceno, inguscio), ha anche la funzione di glottal stop o colpo di glottide. Esempio dal Kabard: (IPA: )., chiese qualcosa.

Палочка (кириллица)
«Па́лочка» (Ӏ) — буква, используемая в кириллических алфавитах ряда кавказских языков, таких как абазинский, адыгейский, аварский, чеченский, даргинский, ингушский, кабардинский, лакский, лезгинский и табасаранский.
«Палочка» может обозначать отдельный звук (как в кабардинском алфавите), а также изменяет чтение предшествующей буквы в ряде сочетаний. Сочетания с палочками обычно считаются «буквой», как например фӀ, пӀ и другие в кабардинском (соответственно, в словарях отдельно подаются все слова на ф и на фӀ).
У «палочки» не различаются заглавная и строчная форма.
