Programmed Instruction, Learning, Or Teaching (PILOT) is a simple historic programming language developed in the 1960s. Like its younger sibling LOGO, it was an early foray into the technology of computer assisted instruction (CAI).

Pilot may refer to:

PILOT (Programmed Inquiry, Language Or Teaching) wurde 1962 bei IBM entwickelt. PILOT ist eine IEEE-Standard Programmiersprache unter der Bezeichnung IEEE Std. 1154-1991, die für den Bereich Computer Assisted Instruction benutzt wurde.

Ein Pilot (frz. pilote von italien. pilota, zu griech. pedón, ursprünglich: pedotta Steuermann) ist eine Person, die ein Luftfahrzeug steuert oder dazu berechtigt ist. Mitunter wird der Ausdruck im übertragenen Sinne auch für Führer anderer Fahrzeuge verwendet, um deren Professionalität auszudrücken.

Flygförare eller pilot är en beteckning för förare av luftfartyg, en flygare. Uttrycket är det engelska ordet för lots, och kom redan i början av 1900-talet att bli den engelska beteckningen på flygförare. När flyget kom till Sverige följde även pilot med som lånord. I svensk militär terminologi är dock den vanliga beteckningen flygförare snarare än pilot.
